Everyone at Grayless Insurance Agency would like to express our heartfelt support and concern for those affected by Covid-19. We are here to support our community any way we can.
As far as our office operating situation is concerned, all phone, web and email remain active. Our companies and the people we deal with on a daily basis are all operating the same but working remotely from their homes. In the event of handling claims or changes to your policy they are there for us.
In order to ensure the safety of our employees, our customers and their families we will refrain from greeting and meeting customers in our office face to face. We apologize, and have a mail slot next to the front door and encourage you to use it if there is anything you need to drop off. Before you come, please email or call us to let us know what you are bringing so we can be aware of what you need. Anything else can be handled via email or phone. Also if you call our office 281-342-8127, anytime day or night and do not get a live voice, please leave a message. We receive those voice messages on our cell phones and will return your call. If you need immediate help in the event of a claim and cannot reach our office, please call your insurance company directly. Their phone numbers are on the auto ID card or your policy.
